Second one sounds like windsurfing to me but there is another one that you attach a parachute to the board which really elevates you and no boat is involved. I can for the life me remember the name.

Huh, I've never seen that! Sounds wicked fun... windsurfing is a lot of work.

Yes, parasailing is great fun... as long as the harness fits well and you are wearing a sturdy bathing suit. Landing can be difficult too. But my grandmother broke her ankle skydiving when she was 50 so my take on life is... go for it.

And the winner of number 2 is...Kite surfing. Its not really a parachute in the mushroom shape but more of a square version of a hang glider.
